Rules & Regulations
School Timings
On working days the school hours will as follows:
- Junior KG : 9.00 am to 12.00 noon
- Senior KG : 9.00 am to 12.00 noon
- Primary Section : 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm
- Secondary Section : 7.00 am to 12.00 pm
Admissions
Parents must be given to understand that they cannot dictate to the school authorities but that the school authorities have a right to say what conditions they will admit or retain pupils in their school.
- 1. Children between the age of 3 to 4 are admitted in Jr. Kg. Child has to complete 6 years before being admitted to Std I.
- 2. complete 6 years before being admitted to Std I.
Fee Rules
- 1. Fee payment timing will be from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm
- 2. Fee card should be handed over to the clerk at the time of paying the fees. A receipt for the fee paid will be given.
- 3. Fees and fee card may be handed over to the class teacher too before the first period.
- 4. Fees are to be paid in advance before 15th of every month. If arrears are due, part payment will not be accepted.
- 5. Penalty of Rs. 25/- will be levied if the fees are not paid before 15th of every month & Rs. 50/-will be levied after 20th of every months.
- 6. Fees for the months October & November must be paid by October March, April and May (3 Months) must be paid by the month of March.
- 7. Students will not be allowed to sit for examination unless all fee dues are cleared.
- 8. If fees are not paid from three months, student's names are liable to be struck of the roll.
- 9. Cheque will not be accepted for payment of fees.
Withdrawal
- 1. Fees for whole term is to be paid if a parents desire to withdraw the child from the school.
- 2. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all dues are paid. The form of application for the leaving certificate is inserted in the calender. A Fee of Rs. 100/- to be paid along with the application.
- 3. After withdrawal, if a child again desires to join the school, he/she will be given admission afresh.
- 4. Leaving Certificate can be provided to the students from standard onwards with 10 days after prior notice.
Leave Of Absence
- 1. Leave of absence is granted on a previous written
- 2. Leave of absence can be granted by the Principal only.
- 3. No child is permitted to leave the class during class hours unless there is an emergency and parent come to pick up their wards.
- 4. In case of absence without leave the child on returning to school must have reason of absence certified by the parents in the calendar. No other form of leave note will be accepted. A child returning to school after a contagious of infectious disease, should produce a Doctor's certificate. In addition to the Doctor's Certificate a note of absence in the calender is a must.
- 5. All are expected to attend school on the re opening day after each vacation.
- 6. Pupil who leave without notice or who for unexplained reasons have been absent from school for more than three months are stuck off the roll and are as a rule not re admitted. If readmitted fees for the intervening period along with absence if any must be paid.
Promotion
- 1. Promotion of a student to the next higher class is based on the result of the examinations conducted throughout the year. A student must secure 35% marks and above in the years average in each individual subject.
- 2. The decision of the School Authority shall be final in all cases.
Physical Training
- 1. Physical Training games and sport are compulsory activities of the school curriculum.
- 2. No child will be exempted unless a medical certificate is produced which need to be signed by the principal.
Parents School Relationship:
- 1. It is the duty of the parents to see that their children come to school clean, neatly dressed, shoes polished and on time for class. Other than open house day, timing for parent's to meet the teacher's is only 12.00 to 1.00 pm
- 2. Parents are requested to keep a check of their wards calendar and sign them as a proof of having read them daily.
- 3. Parents are requested to remain at the entrance gate to leave or to receive their ward.
- 4. Parents or any other person are not allowed to enter class rooms during class hours.
- 5. The school is not responsible if the child is not picked up from the school latest by 6.00 pm.
Damage to School Property
- Any kind of damage done to the School premises shall have to be repaired by the concerned students. All should be particulary careful not to throw any waste paper, fruit peels etc, in class rooms or outisde except in the baskets provided for that purpose.
General Rules
- 1. Speaking in English is compulsory in the school premises.
- 2. Children must look after their belongings. It is not advisable for them to have money or valuable articles with them. School Authorities do not accept responsibility of the loss of books, tiffin boxes or any other valuable.
- 3. Children are not permitted to go outside the gate during School hours and are not permitted to buy anything from wayside vendors.
- 4. Parents are requested to send an extra dress along with the children in case of emergency.
- 5. Children are not allowed to share their tiffin with others or eat from others tiffin boxes.
- 6. The school will follow list of holidays as directed by education dept.
- 7. During school hours, family member cannot come to school to pass on any stationery items or tiffin to their wards.
